Join us on Sunday during our 1 year birthday party weekend for a special time set aside for you -for two! Grab your person and get ready to relax for over an hour of de-stressing services! Enjoy a 45 minute session together in the salt cave as well as a sound journey experience during a 30 minute session in the infrared sauna, which will leave you detoxed and melt away your stress! With Sense of Healing

Sound Journeys will be 30 minute sessions in the Salt Cave. You may book a private session or join a community/group session with up to 6 people.

During a Sound Integration Journey, your body comes into resonance with healing frequencies of singing bowls, tuning forks, and gongs. This helps your body and mind restore balance, relieve stress and anxiety, find focus and mental clarity in the moment. Participants are empowered to guide themselves towards positive change, both in their lives and beyond. Then, together with ease we create bold forms of self-expression and joy everyday.
